Really nice! amazing water and depth to the shrubbery.
The visual style looks great, a huge improvement over the original style and it looks brilliant.
I just mean compared to the concept this scene looks too close up and bright. I much prefer the weird buildings also seen in the original concepts; makes it look like a proper dream world (though that's just my opinion).
Maybe adding some more trees to the scene and beefing up the post processing so it's darker? Perhaps add some particles in the scene to generate the glitters of strange lights coming from the trees? Maybe add some mid level branches to those bending trees to really generate that claustrophobic, encroaching feeling on the 'arch way' it seems to generate.
Anyway, I've been following this for a while. Keep up the great work!
This looks brilliant. I love the lighting.
Will download and try it out.
Hm, it's a great shot but I can't help feel like it loses it mystique compared to the concept of the same scene. It's brighter, more open, the building are more real etc. The concept was darker and more lucid. In a good way.
I missed this one completely. Just read the description and features and it does sound very impressive. Also, great work with the body morphing depending on strength etc. It reminds me of Fable, where if you eat bad food you get fat or you eat meat and you get 'bigger'. But to me it was never really perfected properly and kind of pointless in the end. Hopefully this really makes it special. The main thing is timeframe. Muscle takes a long time to develop, and be lost. So will time and activities dictate what muscle is developed and how quickly?
Hey,
So this is where u went! Haha.
Moddb...
Everything seems to be coming along nicely. Always meant to say this, but great ideas and work so far and good luck with everything IQew and the team.

This is great. LOD popping is one of the most unimmersive and annoying things in game. I think it was Crysis 2 on the xbox where the defence bollards would keep popping in and out of view in the distance, but you could still see the characters standing behind them.
This looks really great. I love the art direction you've took and the particles are well made. I'm definately watching this one for a buy. I know we can't tell much from the video but the only thing I noticed were the 'zombies' were kind of still and none aggressive and the sword swipes didn't look as smooth or 'connective' as they possibly could be.
This is looking brilliant. Honestly, my most eagerly anticipated indie game for a while now.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Amazing. What effects are you using here if you don't mind me asking.
The video isn't hilarious, it's annoying.
That is complete ********.
"To me it's useful to be able to get into the game and try it before you fork over the cash, so that's why I do pirate games time to time----Useful to being able to get into the game before you decide buying it"
This is ridiculous, you watch trailers, download demos, find friends who have it, go to the shops and ask about it etc. It's not a privilage to be able to pirate games for your personal shopping choice benefit - which I highly doubt actually happens anyway, buying it after I mean. Making it sound so relaxed is exactly what is wrong with the pirate industry today.
"I have pirated a fair share of games, but end up buying the one's I really do enjoy a lot."
Maybe so, but I bet you don't do it as often as you think you do. I'm not just directing it at you either, but a lot of people do this.
"If companies put a little more time in the development process and made demos then obviously I would get the demos. Honestly, I think that would help a lot more with the piracy issue."
This is also a load of ********. Free game demos are released all over the internet that you can download off many different sites and aswell in magazines. It's just often though people ignore them and go straight to the torrent sites instead because they can't be bothered to pay or download the demo.

Opening scene (Taiyō Chapter): The rain scatters heavily over a dark moon canvass, accentuated by the warning lights of thunderous roars within the clouds. There is a young boy, no older than 8 years old, who stands mystified by this strange light in the distance. Infatuated by its presence, but feared enough that his movement remains frozen. As the boy slowly tilts his head down, he closes his eyes; only to let a tear fall of his cheek and on to the bloody asphalt beneath his feet.
