History: Magus was formally a citizen of the New Galactic Republic, but after the NGR fell and the people of the NGR found refuge on Mustafar, Magus' records were wiped and he ceased to exsist in his Republic. He was taken by members of the Shadow Legion (as many others were) and experimented on. Many of the experiments performed on him failed, though, and his body was pretty much destroyed. But Kairn had one last experiment for Magus, one that would fuse into a machine and also into other beings. Although it was a very long and tedius process, Kairn managed to fuse Magus into a machine, a twisted machine that looked like it came out of a nightmare. He was also fused with a wookies leg and a gamorreans arm, both cyborneticly enhanced. His brain was wired up into an AI system, giving him greater intelligence and reflexes. Kairn downloaded all infomation to date about droids, and then downloaded all medical records of most species into the AI system, giving it an insane knowledge of both droids and medical history (all major breakthroughs and such). It could also think, meaning it could itself perform experiments and helped Kairn in many of his future cybornetic experiments.

Changes: Almost everything. No longer does this ressemble the man that found himself taken on Mustafar. Improved intelligence and reflexes makes Beta one of the best medics and mechanics in the Galaxy, and a expert in almost all scientific domain. Although mostly useless in combat, Beta's many claws and other devices can be used as weapons, though Beta rarely leaves the Citadel.
