*Rool sighed. This guy just didn't get it, did he?*

"I'm not bloody worried about my damned reputation. You may be the big pirate lord surrounded by your high tech gadgets and and scary armor, but not everyone in the Galaxy is like that, thank the Force. Some of us are trying to make a decent living. We are trying to make a decent living. This is pretty much the base of any society, eh? The big and strong take from the small and weak."

"Well you know what? I'm damned tired of you and your kind. I'm tired of hearing about these convoys going missing, of good, decent men being left with nothing but the clothes on their back if they're lucky. I'm not having that anymore. I'm not rolling over so that you can just stroll in anytime you want and take whatever you want. Nah, cause you see, in this situation, we're the real men. You're just blood sucking leaches, damned vultures, good for nothing but stealing from those less fortunate than you."

"So bring it on, you damned, bloody pirates! See what its like to fight real men!"

*Cheers sounded around the ship, shouts and insults were bellowed down the hallways and corridors at the pirate forces. Rool, his face still defiant, knew this was a hopeless battle. But just because a battle was hopeless did not mean it couldn't be fought for. Yoan patted him on the back.*

"We are starting out assault on the Federation forces present in the Kinyen Sector. Portions of the First fleet are blockading the Corellian Trade Spire hyperspace route that leads to the Kinyen Sector, that should stop most enemy forces from getting to us if the worst comes to the worst."

"I have sent Major Karl along with Commissar Longstar and Commissar Yarik to Chalcedon, along with a decent amount of our troops, to take it from the Federation. We are fortifying Lax even as we speak, and the other Imperial Bases are receiving the same fortifications. The Kinyen Sector shall fall to the Empire, gentlemen, I promise you that."

Ten10dix May 7 2013, 6:58pm replied:

Actually, no.

Marauders can get close, and will. All they have to do is wait for the Inquisitor to tire out. Marauders are used to physical exercise, and Force Powers should strain the user if used repeatedly.

So if the Marauder manages to survive long enough (heavy armor+lots of defense and chasing) he'll tire the Inquisitor out and easily be able to take advantage.

You just don't show yourself being tired out, nor the strain of Force Powers. That is what I mainly dislike about duels...

And if you don't mind I'll make the changes.

Ten10dix May 7 2013, 6:52pm replied:

I'm not trying to annoy Pain or anything, but I made it so that only Marauders could use those lightsabers for a reason. It forces players to chose either Inquisitor, which have destructive Force Powers, or Marauders, who can crush anyone in their way with pure brutal force.

This was to make clear weaknesses in both classes, so that Sith do not become OP anytime soon. Sure, at later levels, they'll become really, really powerful, but someone will always be able to beat them.

Doing this goes against what I've tried to do to balance Sith out.

+1 vote   media: Lok
Ten10dix May 7 2013, 6:41pm says:

I try to make Sith balanced, but no, you guys want Inquisitors with Saber Staffs running around >.<

Staff Saber and Dual Sabers > Single Saber. If you learn Staff/Dual, you master it and thus it is not pointless. The different forms can also be adopted by Dual/Staff, so they aren't wasted.

But fine. You want Sith who wield destructive Force Powers as well as advanced lightsaber techniques, alright. Just please do not come running to me if it goes out of control or Pain, or anyone else for that matter, abuses this. Staff Sabers/Dual Sabers are deadly forms, and if used right can outright destroy an opponent.

Adenn: If I make Pain an exception I have to make everyone an exception. The Sith Order has two main paths: Marauder and Inquisitor. If Pain takes the middle ground, he'll either become OP or get massacred by those who chose a specific path. He won't have adequate Force Powers to face a Force User nor the lightsaber skills to defeat a warrior. That or he'll be able to beat both, thus making him OP.

I am not changing the skill tree to include advanced lightsaber techniques for the Inquisitor. However, if the community as a whole votes in favor of Pain having a Staff then fine, he can have one.

Ten10dix May 2 2013, 5:39pm replied:

Five would be best.

10 you can already start a master Force User xD.

I'd say start with 5, then get either one or two after each event. One skill point decided by the community and one by the GMs. Sounds fair?

A simple yes or no would suffice, just list each person in the event to write the name of the others with a "yes" or "no" next to it. If a player has 75% yeses then he gets the point.

Also a maximum of 3, maybe 4 players to get a point like that (events with only two players can only be given a skill point by the GMs). This is to prevent abuse xD.

"You prefer it that every Mandalorian is angry about your lore?"

Note that I wrote angry like this: "angry", which means I was using it for lack of a better word. Just replaced it with "annoyed" if you prefer.

Like I said, I can edit the lore if you want, it seems to have created far too many problems than it should have. Although it may seem silly that the Resistance defeats the Empire, I'm sure no one will mind.

Ten10dix May 1 2013, 8:36am replied:

I honestly don't see why the Mandalorians are "angry" at my lore, they have the honor of finishing off the Empire's days as supreme power. They literally created the current Galactic situation, with help from the Fels of course.

It seems the Mandos really do have a problem with my lore. I am willing to edit it, and give all credit to the Resistance, the only other group that could possibly do something about the Empire. Although them defeating the Empire is highly unlikely (one of the reasons I wanted the Mandos to do this) I'm sure no one will mind that if to stops all these stupid arguments.

And I am simply correcting you. You said "The only thing I added was the Civil War", I am simply stating you also added in the reforms. Which is true.

Actually the only legacy Kairn leaves is him destroying the Empire. Not much of a legacy, to be honest, and not his finest moment.

I have explained this many times before: I have not mentioned any names or characters to give everyone complete liberty to do what they will with their character in the new lore. Since history has changed, maybe they'll want to do something different with their chars? Praxis did, for example, and now joins the Federation.

I can't put all your chars into the lore because if you disagree with what I did with them, I'll have to edit it. Much simpler just to put down the basics and allow others to explain what their chars did during the lore.

If it really bothers you, once everyone has written what they did during the lore I can add it in.

It isn't his decision, he is doing nothing for the Jedi in the RP (apart from sending them to hide instead of keeping them here to fight against the Empire) and in the end it doesn't matter. RP Jedi Order is mostly composed of both me and AK.

But hey, if Arcones/Ariel refuse to accept me as a Jedi, I'll just make my own Order. I don't see why they would object me being a Jedi, though. In doing so I am keeping them alive in the RP.

Actually, just made a decision. If I do make my own Order, I won't be Grand Master. There will just be the Council, consisting of myself, AK (if he wants) and NPCs unless we get more Jedi Master chars. Fairer that way, and stops corruption (RP wise xD).

A Swan Knight asks Athos what he is doing here, and to that, Athos replied:*

"The King has sent me to reinforce your position and to protect his son. My men are to serve him until further notice."

Firstly, I never presented a theory on how the Universe was created. Please read my comment beforehand.

Secondly, if you're gonna site the Bible (another man-made invention) and call that proof, then you might aswell stop right there as the Bible cannot be used to prove God exsists.. Why? Cause books can lie. Easily. You don't believe everything you read, right?

Thirdly, and this is similiar to the "Secondly", STOP SITING THE BIBLE!!! You think you can just go prove Gods exsistance and that he "always was" cause it is written down in a book? I'm sorry, but that is more then stupid. What if I write a book that says the walls can talk? Does that mean they can? NO! But if people begin to believe the book, they'll teach their children that and so on and so on until what started as a Practical Joke (in this case, in the Bibles place it is simply something to make people submit to another guys will) turned out to be something that people actually believe in.

Fourthly: Accidents do happen. Don't go talking to me as if I'm scared about "Gods Power". I think you are just too scared to actually admit that God may, in fact, not exsist at all and that he may, in fact, BE A MAN MADE INVENTION TO MAKE OTHERS SUBMIT TO THE GUY WHO INVENTED THIS! And bravo to that guy, he certainly did his homework. I'm sure losing your all powerful immaginary friend must be quite scary for you.

I would love to try and argue with you, but it seems like you believe an arguement is simply saying "Look! This is written down here so it must be true!" and "God just *is*, accept it." How is that an arguement?

In RP universe, the original Sith Empire, and its successor the New Sith Order, both employed Sith Assassins as spies and undercover operatives, tasked with either eliminating hostiles or gathering intelligence on enemy forces/installations.

The rank was then used yet again in the Empire for the same jobs. You may check the Imperial Military article which still has the Sith under it (will remove that some time to avoid confusion).

Plus you want to be an Inquisitor, not an Assassin. Thus whether or not Assassins use Staffs doesn't effect your case.

+1 vote   media: Lok
Ten10dix May 7 2013, 4:41pm replied:

I don't see how that changes anything.

Those were "Assassins" 4,000 years prior to now. Assassins in the current day are just that, Assassins. They work solo, and kill discreetly or using surprise attacks, not open combat.

But whether Sith Assassins did or did not use staff weapons or whether they still do (which they don't) has no impact on the current matter.

+1 vote   media: Lok
Ten10dix May 7 2013, 4:07pm replied:

Darth Sidious was arguably the most powerful Sith to have ever existed, and had a lifetime or two (can't remember) to learn and study everything the Sith has to offer.

Those weren't really what could be called Sith Assassins. Those were more like small Sith parties out to encounter and kill. Assassins work alone and kill silently and indirectly, most of the time. At best with a dagger or well placed sniper shot. Very rarely would they engage in open combat, as they aren't as well trained in it than others.

Both Vader and Maul were what could be considered Marauders, mainly focused on close combat, from what I've read and seen. I may be wrong for Maul, but Vader was a Marauder and thus was more proficient in close combat.

I'm sorry, but Dual saber and Saber staffs are pretty advanced lightsaber techniques. It would take some time learning to use a Staff, as you could easily harm yourself with one. Same with Dual sabers. I do have to remind you that while Marauders get more Lightsaber choice and physical+command attributes, Inquisitors have access to devastating Force Powers and advanced defense against the Force.

+1 vote   media: Lok
Ten10dix May 7 2013, 2:31pm says:

Politics requires either Command Ability II, Lightsaber Technique III or Force Manipulation III.

Saber Staff i unlocked by getting the Advanced Lightsaber Technique I, which is unlocked by getting to Lightsaber Technique IV.

Saber Staffs would mainly be used by Marauders or combat-based Inquisitors. A typical Inquisitor would only use a single bladed lightsaber, due to the fact he trains and relies more on his cunning and Force aptitude rather than lightsaber skill.

As an Inquisitor you don't have access to Advanced Lightsaber technique. This may seem limiting, but a Sith has the main advantage when it comes to personal power. They literally are the best character to be if you want to be nigh unbeatable, as their powers are very destructive.

To counter this I made it so an Inquisitor loses out in Lightsaber and a Marauder loses out on Force powers. Sorry, but this is the only way to ensure we cannot excel in everything. An Inquisitor with perfect Force Ability and Lightsaber technique paired with high Command Ability would become a true powerhouse capable of destroying pretty much anything. Well, in theory xD.

BTW: We can do some training events if you want, Tihr and Lok and even Furere can duel together as part of their training, and compete in various Sith related stuff and whatnot. Would be fun xD.

Indeed, that would be the most logical opinion to have of God. To say that God is good is rather foolish and wishful thinking.

This article kinda misses the whole point. Whatever the Bible says, God is not good. Simple as that.

One example, also apparently covered here, is slavery. You say God doesn't support slavery? The simple fact that slavery exists is proof enough to prove the contrary. If God didn't want Slavery to exist, it wouldn't exist.

And if you say that it came from Humanity, then again, I must say you are mistaken. God created Humans. He knew what they were capable of. He knew Slavery would be a result of Humanity, yet he let did nothing to prevent it nor nothing to change human nature (The Bible didn't stop slavery).

If you say this is because we have free will, well, that just reinforces my point that God is not good. He allows humans to have the free will to take the free will of other humans? Seems far from good, to me.

I, in turn, dislike Fido. xD.

Not only do you seem to have an expert ensemble of crew members but also a heavy battle droid (understatement) as well? Either downgrade Fido or introduce an actual weakness (being slow isn't a weakness when you can turn your body 360 degrees xD).

Otherwise they all seem alright. A bit too good in combat, most of them, considering that isn't their primary job. Lose the battle meditation, or at least downgrade it.

That's all that really troubles me. Look forward to killing them... *evil laugh* xD.

Has a strong Force Roster
Can defend himself against a single melee combatant effectively thanks to his knowledge of Form II
Has basic Command and Infiltration knowledge

He may have trouble against a dedicated swordsmen or group of melee combatants
Due to trust issues, doesn't make friends easily
Enemies in the Sith Order may make problems for him later

Fanatical Loyalty to the Sith, may lead him to do foolish deeds.

Commissars are bad a**.

This could be a very interesting rank, really. Hmm, Cadet-->Commissar-->Lord Commissar-->SUPEROMGWTH Commissar? xD.

Meh, maybe just stop at Lord Commissar. Plus the Sith would like you too, they love enforcers and fanatical nutters xD.

Yep, I approve of this. You could even lead a tank group into battle and wave your sword at the enemy! :P. That'd be awesome.

What do you plan to do with the char? Become a political figure? Commander? Little bit of both? I still need to do the Imperial skill system, really, but some general ideas would be nice.

Also: Note that Adenn originally stated "It was every Mandalorians duty", not that every Mandalorian wore beskar. Thus, costly or not, he is right proven by the quote wout provided ("Traditionally"=Duty to most Mandos).

I never said I did. I only stated my opinion. I even said "That is for the Council to decide" or something like that. Never once did I say that I represented the Council nor that I somehow was superior to them.
