I think having a Zombie Child is a great idea. Dawn of the Dead(2004) had a zombie baby, and the original Dawn(1978) and Diary of the dead had zombie children, the original Dawn got a lot of criticism for it, but it's much more realistic. If you're looking for realism, children are going to be apart of the feeding chain - and will be harder to kill as zombies; emotional standpoints of survivors, alongside the fact that you have to look down. Not all children have strong teeth, however, and this may play into a factor while designing the monster.

this is an extremely good game. it is a bit difficult at first, but when you simply loot your friend's kills and buy weapons smart in the beginning, you should be good to go.
