Hello there, I'm Jen and I'm Ori's girl. Got questions to ask? PM or comment. I am a French-Britt trying to learn Serbian, got a passion for gaming and playing them 'till as much as I can. If you see this, then you are not in the HTML allowed section of the site. Anyway, always glad to be a part in the community. Report article RSS Feed A Tutorial on How To Use The Spoiler and Quotes Tags

Posted by Fallen Angel on Sep 24th, 2012

Bienvenue/Welcome/Dobrodošli

This tutorial or guide will tell you on how to use the spoiler tag and the quote tag in the comments. It was meant for use in articles and blogs but however, it is actually possible to put them in the comments.

Before using the tags: Be sure you add [ before any of those tags and ] at the end of it i.e. [*quote=username*] or [*spoiler*] be sure to remove the * since it's used for blocking the tag for the tutorial.

Spoiler Tag
Intro:
The spoiler tag is used to blocked a part of a word or letter to avoid spoilers i.e.
You need to go there, look behind you.

How to use:
Add [*spoiler*] before a word or letter and add [*/spoiler*] at the end of the word or letter. People mainly use it for hiding out things they would say  .

Quotes Tag
Intro:
Quite possibly the most useful tag that can be used. It is used to add a quote that you can write or to take a quote from another person's words or a text.
i.e.

Quote:Quite possibly the most useful tag that can be used.

That's for sure.

You can also add a quote in which another person "wrote"

How to use:
Just like the spoiler tag, add [*quote*] before a word or text and add [*/quote*] at the end of the word or text.
To quote with a person's username, replace the beginning quote with [*quote=username*].
