Yeah. You need more of your Oblivion files in the Nehrim directory
Nehrim\Data\Oblivion - Meshes.bsa
Nehrim\Data\Oblivion - Sounds.bsa
Nehrim\Data\Oblivion - Textures - Compressed.bsa
Check if the Oblivion.exe is in your Nehrim folder. I guess it's not. Maybe there are also some other Oblivion files missing.

Believe it or believe it not, our DVD release deadline is June 9th. So some days afer that, Nehrim will be here on ModDB ^^

Yeah, it will be the German version. Later on there will be an Russian and an English version too.
We really hope, that in two months we can finish this project. We want it out there so hard ;) Our hope is, to finish the work on this project on March 24th. That's the day when Oblivion first came out. And the 4th Birthday of Nehrim in development. But i think, we will cross that line, ´cause we want release it without big bugs. We have an running internal beta since September last year and most of the Bugs are vanished. But we are still working, and while we implementing new content, there will be also new bugs. So maybe, we can close the work on new content for Nehrim on 24. But then we have to fix the bugs we created. But whatever, i can assure Nehrim will be an awesome game in the end.

Yeah, there are three big cities in Nehrim. One of them you can see on the header. We worked hard on them, and we had much limitations, ´cause we made them open world. But I guess, they look like cities now ;)
Yes! It is one of the reasons why it takes so long to develop.
All the original Oblivion data is packed into bsa files. The unpacked NIFs are not important for Nehrim. If there any NIF files in folders, they are form other mods and not necessary.
We don't change the exe file of oblivion, the installer just copies it from the original directory to the Nehrim directory. If you have an NODVD crack on it, you also will have this NODVD crack within the Nehrim folder.
If you don't messed up the original Oblivion BSA files it is no problem. If you do, perhaps. But it is really hard to change them without further knowledge, so i think, everything is fine.
