Ive played a bit of the first untouched version and loved it but then my saves got erassed (HDD problem also eliminated my Fallout 3 saves fml) and with this mod the game looks 10x better and feels and plays 10x better this is a ten and dude who gave it a 9 WHAT ARE U THINKING.
