hey just wanted to know is there anyway i can increse the pop cap brilliant mod i just want more people in my army (yes i am a cheater haha)

tbh this would seem like a good idea even for this game i mean people have made a halo one (which is awesome) so what could stop an good modder making one of these i personaly love fallout and would love to see a mod on this game involving them if anyone sees one thats working and is pretty good tell me but if this guy has failed try get some tips of people who have done big mods like this and ask for help maybe you could still get this to work

oh also do put Spartans in for the full game i dunno if you are working on them but i think it would be awesome if you could have Spartans with different weapons unlike halo wars where you had three Spartans with the same weapon like have three different one e.g one with the mini gun one with smg's and one with a Spartan lazer just a thought but i think it would be awesome :)
