No, they are just test units that have no relation to TWA - I dont think they fit in TW.
The Scrin get a lot less impressive if GDI/Nod can allready build capital ships on their won.
No, if i were you I'd keep them. C&C gamers did say that these two units were the best unit in C&C4. Besides, the scrin have the mother ship. which if you wanted could have some sort of way to counter the air units e.g. plasma cannons or little fighting drones that float around it. I'd say the only problem with the two units is that they won't fit in the docking station but you can just have them come out of the sky when they are ready.
On the contrary, Stygs, the Scrin have the advantage of numerical superiority and have very versatile and agile fightercraft. Basically, they zerg swarm with their aircraft and they have multiple warship-class aircraft, making them retain their air-superiority. The ships would make a lovely addition, I think, and would spice things up a bit. Provided they are tailored correctly, I do not think it would negatively impact the game at all. Remember that we are dealing with an aging game, some new, exciting additions will make the experience fresh and interesting.
That looks good! Great choise of air units. Are these going to be epic air units, meaning only 1 can be built?

Maybe these can act as a one-use support power, much like the Scrin Mothership.

cnc tib wars really lack of air to air combat, adding more figthers and ships like this will fill the hole.
