Artillery was used in every theater in one way or another. Every strategy and method employed it, even anti tank regiments had support with artillery to bog up advances and destroy tracks and any tanks that came through a region or any defenses when they were going through a region. So in essence yeah every commander should have available artillery support but its not unreasonable for anti tank doctrines to have available close artillery support

The new patch is awaiting site administrator approval I don't know how long that takes but the download is ready just needs to be approved so just wait a little while longer

It looks really great
So much detail in the mod cant wait for it to be out
Too bad you cant make like different parts of the building garrisonable rather then making the whole thing like one big building kinda like some Command and Conquer Generals stuff
But its a big building any way so it would probably need some harcore ballancing for such a large building in the actual map any way
