Actually, the M3 medium models (more specifically the M3 Grant), were used by the British against Rommel. And on the contrary the M3s helped the British beat Rommel (though not the main cause of victory).
Rommel was beating up the British because he was a brilliant tactician, but he still lost. (possibly because his forces did not get needed supplies and equipment. Rommel's forces were handicapped)
The Reds are rising in full swing!
You have poured so much work into this, why stop now D=
May the necromancers bring you back to life.
Still happily didn't buy a single EA game since 2007.
How did you find this anyway? D=
Ahh, the good ol' "beetle" harvester.
I love the look of the original flame tank =)
Also the Fuel tanks look like balls xD
WOW! What a find! I've always wanted to see the render of this exo-suit!
Kudos to you Airborne!
Hello Karam =)
Mirrors fix everything. Ask Einstein about his Prism Towers.
Try it, maybe it'll be up your ally =P
If you liked that "non cannon" short, have a look at the creator's series.
Here's the first one of the madness series: Newgrounds.com
That's cool =)
I've been mostly playing World of Tanks. Recently downloaded Black Mesa, but haven't gotten a long enough break to play through it.
TF2 was put on hold since the pyro update, I plan on getting back to it. But I haven't been getting any worthwhile servers for a long while now.
Ever hear of Madness combat?
Heh, nice way of putting it. Gonna use that some day.
How's gaming coming along, did you get Black Mesa Source yet?
Quite passive, my good fellow.
IRL has been keeping me busy with university and other things, nothing problematic though.
What about you? I trust things are going well with you.
Looks Sci-Fi. I love it =D
Those are overlord cannons.
I delayed myself from replaying Half-Life 1 since I've seen this mod being in development! And now finally... I shall break the wait.
I am prepared for the unnnforseeeeen consequences.
Sweet find! Well done.
I believe that everything that needs to be said, has been said by my fellow comrades here.
I'm sure curiosity would have most of you at least trying out this game, though I would like to hope that most of you would avoid paying for its premium content in protest (as I am).
The most painful thing about this game is that they let my hopes go up, and actually made me excited for a Command and Conquer title since a very long time ago. The thought that V-games would work on it, and the beautiful promo, left me wanting it.
But they have struck me down with 3 hits.
1- Scrapping the singleplayer, and thereby the continuation. (I actually played and enjoyed the Gen/ZH campaign.)
2- Making it internet dependent.
3- Turning the game into a MMO, an F2P mmo even. Last I've noticed, F2PMMO games have horrible pockets of whiny players; Unfair or privileged equipment; constant re balances, and game changes to accommodate new marketing gimmicks; Outbreaks of hacking, and Hacker paranoia!
The reason why I think they are trying to get into the f2p mmo market so hard (going as far as turning lead titles into it), is to combat piracy.
It might come as a shock to EA, but the reason why piracy is big with their games is not because they are so good, but because EA managed to **** off large amounts of people en masse.
I was hoping to leave my "fanboyism" to rest, thinking that they couldn't hurt my childhood title anymore now that they killed and buried it with CnC4. Turns out they dug it up and took a **** at it.
So for old times sake... **** you Electronic arts, **** your products, **** your staff, and **** your founders and leaders.
And another blast from the past.
"EA SUCKS, **** UP EVERYTHING."
My oh my how time flies.
This is the first time I joined this group, and the first image I posted a comment on. I like how my first comment was fanboy-ish and stupid =D
I hate how I get to miss the old times, even as I post this comment, I'm going to miss it in the future. Same as how I miss the westwood days, and the days of windows ME.
My salutations to those of you who walk down memory lane.
Heh good times.
Paying my due respect to the first image posted on CnC paradise.
Greetings from 2012!
Not really, they are downgraded M1A1s, against modern weapons, they'd perform as well as the monkey version T-72s and T-62s that they had, except they'd be larger targets.
its not a Lorraine, its an AMX50 120. Read the description.
dual 152mm cannons, No automatic reload, crammed space in the turret.
This tank would have a very hard time reloading =P
And heavy as hell, looks cool though. Looks like something the GLA would make =P
Anyone know what happened to Joseph Kucan after CnC4?
