i have 7-zip and im being told that theres only 1 file...help?

okay i have the 7-zip that was required for most/all mods but i cant get one mod to work. it seems the files are empty.....something im missing?

anythought of doing a blakes7 mod for sin???

so update sins then move to C:\...\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods-Diplomacy v1.32\SOA2\GameInfo

yes i got an empty listing but no more
unzipp?? i just moved it there but had to changed the word document
maybe i should show you next time(if i can)
but i installed then moved and changed the word document to fit it
