Its looks like Hexen 2 HUB system,now its working on PSP(DarkQuake) and PC(FitzQuake)
All good quake mods must have this thing,really.

I think about big engine(modified DQ) with FrikFile,HUB system,etc.With documentation.
But its not actual at the moment.
actually this would be cool to have for cows singleplayer (especially splitting up big maps ;))
