Well, I Mod. I like to mod, like too much. So much that if it was a disese, i think i'd be dead :P. But other than that i like pushing the limits of hardware and software and making things seem to be realistic, cause I do the research before I go and make up some new technology. Also, you can basically PM me any question you'd like, I'll usually answer as soon as I get the notification.

Hey moddb, I will be on a 2-3 week hiatus in which i will attempt to accomplish a few things like relaxing, writing slipstream out, and of course brainstorming stuff to put in the mod. I promised myself i wouldnt touch homeworld2 again until i have had a break. So i locked my hw2 disk in the file cabinet to prevent me from doing just that. Hopefully, i can come back in about 2 or 3 weeks with some fresh ideas and something to present to you all, including 3 mods i have in concept. ANother mod for homeworld 2, and two for Source. Time will tell, so dont take me litteral on this one. Until then, ill see you all when i get back! :)-Emperor

hey there
this is going to sound stupid, but mods for hw2 are diffrent from my other games, so, when youve saved the file, how do you aactually PLAY the modds/conversions instead of just the normal game?
the files on the newest slipstream mod says that it can not be read
Amazing work, and a game I have been wishing FOREVER could be replayed! I know it is terrible that I just now found MODDB, but it is a goldmine, so many people dedicated to re-envisioning the best games that never quite got the fame they deserved!
I think something as great as Homeworld, and all the work you guys have put into this, deserves a real game title and release- maybe it could happen? Please don't take this as just a joke, but I work for a small 3D studio that is looking to get into games, and could just possibly help move your project forward toward this! what you are suggesting would be great, if it wasnt illegal and theft of IP
unfortunatly we do not own the rights to homeworld 2.
so it is forbidden to do any kind of modding for profit. we have the right to basically make a free modification of the game, but im sure the current owners of the homeworld franchise would sue if we attempted to release their game and make money off of it

like to say love the mod i was sceptical at first but so far its awsome id rank it up there with complex, and the graphics are boarder line PDS looking foward to next release.
