NATO propaganda machinery was throwing those flyers, during the "Operation Arrow", which happen between 26.May- 10.June 1999. Forces of Joint UCK, Albanian Army, NATO, Norwegian Special Forces and SAS were fighting with the Army of Yugoslavia (where 72 special brigade and parts of Pristina Corps took part) and Russian volunteers.
NATO Air Force have had hunted more than 200 Yugoslav T-55 tanks which were deployed on Kosovo and Metohija. Their hunt was unsuccessful, as only few tanks were destroyed during the whole war.
