It's seems to be delayed, I don't know.
People went crazy in the forum, they all flooded 4.86 Release date and Teaser topic.
Maybe the server crash because of the flood and now Admins busy fixing it ?

It took me about 5 hours to download GoF 1.0 and about 13 minutes to Download GoF 1.1.
I hope its worth it :D
