this is all 5 of the BSG starbases
Level 1 has hangers, with 4 missile launchers at each end
Level 2 adds a pair of docks for cygnus class ships
Level 3 adds a pair of docks for talos, defender and Tiger class ships
Level 4 adds a pair of bow clamps for valkyrie and bezerk class ships
Level 5 adds a pair of bow clamps for columbia and mercury class ships
