Ya'll insane to make something like this in Sc2. Now, do the same thing and give it a sandbox gameplay like Terraria or Starbound but with Trine aesthetics and I will throw money at you so hard it will be cause for injury. I'm serious.
Well I would imagine it's because it's 2GB and a lot of people can't download that large a file without pausing and resuming. It took a few days for me to download it, for instance.

The destroy-tenk-to-upgrade is a very annoying skill. I say scrap it a put an individual upgrade which gives give the Avatar all the upgrades or just don't put anything since it will be able to garrison units.
I'm definitely participating. Some info on the United Coalition would go a long way to help provide a better logo.

MesoCosmos isn't a 'Reskin mod with a different story'. It's a whole other game. Let me give you an example:
The siege tank in MesoCosmos (called the Conqueror) is not a fragile artillery vehicle - it's a heavy assault TANK capable of withstanding heavy punishment, and it can't deploy in siege mode. It's a medium/short range unit with a cannon fodder/heavy assault role. It's main drawback is it's production speed and price. See a contrast between StarCraft II and MesoCosmos?

Well logic dictates that StarCraft II custom mapping will evolve from WarCraft III custom mapping, and I read somewhere in a Mapper's Q&A that StarCraft II will not only be map-able, but also mod-friendly. So I guess you should start expecting more than just custom maps and something more on the lines of Mods themselves ;)

I myself am planning to start making my own games in the near future, but StarCraft II is offering facilities which simply cannot be overlooked + we're using StarCraft II models, so a new game would be plagiarism, blah blah blah... also, since the MesoCosmos team is essentially made up of people who don't have a lot of time on their hands (other than me, lol), a full game would be quite a feat to accomplish. Well, I think you knew that already. Just for the sake of saying it, haha.
Anyway, you gotta learn how to crawl before walking ;)

I'll try to address these issues for the next update (which might take a while, unfortunately) but most of the more cosmetic things (like the tower birth anim playing upon exit) will remain unchanged since I'm not really sure if it can be fixed unless I do model edits, which I'm trying to avoid.
In all likelihood, I'll fix the more pressing errors and move on to another project. I have been working on this mod for too damn long as it is lol.
PS: the wall system is very simple: I merely used the pathing for the destructible brick wall doodads to make them. The fancier walls, like the bulwark and crystal lodes simply use locust versions of their corresponding models to fill in the gaps, like most of the buildings in my mod (like I said, I avoid model edits).
