Try uninstalling the GTA files and reinstall it again? I think that might solve the problem..

By the way, I think the only way to get it back is by uninstalling the auto downloader and downloading the older version of 0.2E

Yea I got that problem too.. oh well. The town is somewhat there; there is still a wire and the clock tower. To get there, go to the military base, and on the side should be a road leading towards the HV. For the most part, however, there is a single road, but it will lead you to the clocktower.

Guys, just give the mod-team a bit more time. I mean, they're doing this as a hobby; their not being paid to do this. Just thank them for what you have now, and hopefully, in time, 0.2f will come out.

The MP3.... I had problems with that... you can't change it from the radio station within the game. First, be in a car. Then you have to pause the game while you are playing, then click OPTIONS. Once you are there, click AUDIO SETTINGS. Once there, near the bottom should be all the labels of Radio Stations. Click on either arrow tab until you reach MP3 PLAYER. Click on it. Return to the game and you should be all set!

*Quick note
Everytime you switch into hovermode, switch back from hovermode, and get out of the car, you have to do the same process over again.. but you'll get used to it!
