Basically you can press the number keys to select an agent, and control them in typical FPS fashion. You can switch between them at any time, and you can also give them orders (move, follow, use, attack, etc.) from the perspective of whatever agent you are controlling, similar to say Rainbow Six. You can also leave agents you are not controlling to watch an area or set them up to shoot at anyone who enters their view.
If you have a gamepad (360 controller recommended), a friend can join you for local co-op, with the keyboard/mouse controlling one agent and the gamepad controlling another. Online or LAN co-op is another option and that can be combined with a gamepad to have two people on one system and one person on another.
