Well this is awesome.
Is it possible to view the sky from coordinates in Australia?
I live in the light polluted suburbs of Melbourne but I occasionally get to go into rural areas; I just think it would be cool if I went camping and I could be a smartass in front of my friends when I've already memorized star constellations.
I'm gonna wait for the next set of DLC before I play ME2 again but I'll definitely be using this mod. It's an awesome idea.
what's the fps on that one? I can imagine all those plants would chug.
Don't you think that including the Clear Sky faction is a little intrusive to the games lore?
Your tactics regarding public relations are refreshing.
I only saw a walking+running animation.
Ya'll do realise L4D1 could barely be classified as a finished game.
Will this work with mouse+keyboard and another person with a controller or do I need two controllers?
AI has been improved, especially when it comes to Stealth.
There's a shitload of new guns.
More music, ambient sounds.
You can no longer randomly find armour lying around in the Zone, money is actually a necessity.
Adds a few of the cooler mutants that were cut from the original game (dwarfs, chimeras).
The list goes on.
Rather upsetting crash I ran in to:
I downloaded that new patch and installed it, restarted my game and started playing. Didn't run into a single crash which was excellent, considering pre-patch it was crashing every 5 seconds for me.
Anyway, had a lot of fun stealthing around Aprogrom (The stealth is awesome, thank you.)
After I got to the Bar however, I saved and whenever I try to load the save in the Bar it crashes.
Go to game options and turn off the crosshair.
That option has been in vanilla for a loooooooooong time.
Edit: lol nevermind, didn't read your whole post.
I got up to the part where I have to get information from Seiry at the Garbage (You know when you have to defend the hanger from the Bandit attack?) but in the ensuing firefight he died.
I think in Vanilla if the informants died, the instant you searched their body the information would automatically be transferred into your PDA. But it didn't happen in LURK, so now I'm just stuck with a "get information from Seiry" objective.
Tomorrow!
Fingers crossed for making the release date.
what's with the bling on some of the Pistols? It's absolutely hideous.
A little file in the download called "Readme" actually tells you. -.-
Ran into something rather annoying, I've been playing the game using the walkthrough and I got to the point where you go back to X18 and open the door, only to be infected by the X-Virus.
I went to the box that contains the antidote but when I look in there it simply isn't there.
I read that somewhere in the vicinity is another antidote which can be sold, but I don't really have the time to look absolutely everywhere for it. Don't suppose you could tell me where it is?
Or is there a command which I can use to simply give me the item?
Thanks, been really enjoying this mod too.
Ah, fixed the problem.
It would be because you're running the latest patches, you'll have to downgrade to 1.0004 or something.
Piracy isn't on the list?
argh, found a really annoying bug. Whenever I try to load a savegame STALKER just crashes to my desktop.
I was really enjoying this too :(
Found a fairly minor bug, not sure if you've noticed it or not:
The fast zombies climb the drainpipes, but can't get off the top of them, they just jump back down again.
