The animations need a lot of work, also the tigers which should have a hurt animation when they are hit, but I guess you know all of that.

it is a great mix of different styles, when I lookt at it I am immediatly reminded on Blade Runner, but also on the giant city plane of starwars which name I never can remember, and on alien vs predators architectural style

Hey, just tried it but sadly I didn't come that far.
Some minor flaws sprung into my eye:
-you can't repeat a level, if you miss a teddy e.g. then you have to start the whole game again, would be nice that if you press a button (like k), you restart the level
-if you start the game, collect some teddies and then go back to menu, starting a new game, you keep the teddies you already collected in the previous session
-you can get stuck, this wouldn't be so bad if the game would have a repeat level function like mentioned above

I'm quite unsure about the voices, for the italians it certainly fits, although the speaker voice at the beginning is both, funny and unfitting, so dunno
also dunno about gameplay, imo the enemies are placed a bit odd or they just run one after the other in front of you, would be cooler if you hide behind obstacles and other objects

The theme should maybe have at the top a vision of the city, like the wall stretches from down to up and at the top where you have those warning tile you should make an overview of city 17, like you did it at the start of this article, just wider :)

I don't want to offense your speaker, but for me as a man whose mother language is not english, it is very hard to understand some things, partially stuff isn't properly spelled out and stuff.

The only lightsource is the console with the screen, though it looks like the console was brought into the room, so the room needs to have a primary lightsource like usual lights on the ceiling (they don't need to be on though, otherwise the room would have been completely dark before the combine used it, which is not that realistic.

My mother language, which I handle perfectly, is german as well, but while my english is pretty good, it is still far away from anyone who had it as his first language.

on the open world thing:
I actually loved the world of morrowind, it was not so generic as oblivion, you could find interesting things everywhere and there ever was the urge to explore.
The players who got lost were for sure none of these explorer types, but you could maybe handle it like Fallout 3. Giving the player an objective with a map which leads him through a main quest, and yet he is free to explore everything else in the world as well and finish as many side quests as he decides.

Well, played through (harhar, what a lame joke) the easy mode.
It's fun, good music and nice art and lot of enemies, just missed some sort of boss battle or some kind of bigger enemies, but that's probably not your intention to do.
I found a bug, the question marks of the tutorial didn't disappear in the normal game, they kept their place, sometimes even in walls and stuff, on each stage.

my friend, just go into the mod folder and search for the cfg folder, there you copy the config.cfg into another folder like where you have the installation file of the mod.
And when they release an update, you copy paste the cfg back into the cfg folder, and you have your old settings back.
(btw you can also open a *.cfg file with the editor, copy the lines which are for your controls and put them into a autoexec.cfg which is in the same cfg folder, now everytime you start the mod, the controls in the autoexec will overwrite the controls in the config.cfg, so you don't depend on the config.cfg any longer)

I agree, overgrowth might have an own engine and stuff, but I still have no clue what that game is about? (For sure I know it's a beat em up, but I haven't seen any of those yet)
For me, EYE and Frozen Synapse will be the best indie games for this year, EYE is already a sure-buy for me.

Everyone can make maps, with the right amount of enthusiasm.
Keep trying, don't give up, and a very special tip, show your mod only to the community if you have really something to show that keeps people entertaining, ingame stuff preferably.
