I installed 0.4003 and then the english translation and then 0.4006 and then 0.4009 but my game crashes when load a new game, am i supposed to put this on top of coc or by itself

the military models are the same as the old ones and the exoskeletons and seva suits are also the old models, is this intentional or did i install the mod incorrectly?
