The emblem in question is called the Iron Cross (the emblem of the Bundeswehr, the German Armed Forces).
The Iron Cross haves a long story and was initially a military decoration of the Kingdom of Prussia (early 1800's) and was initially used by the German Army in 1870's (long before the Nazis controlled Germany).
The typical and traditional black and white Iron Cross is used on German Military vehicles such as armored vehicles (as seen on the Leopard model) or aircraft while the newer blue/silver variant is officially used to represent Germany's Armed Forces on other circumstances Upload.wikimedia.org
Note that Nazi-specific emblems (such as the swastika or nazi-themed Iron Crosses as used by Nazi Germany during WWII) are prohibited by German law.
The F-35B will be the specific Harrier replacement.
That specific 'B' version is the short takeoff and vertical landing variant of the F-35.
There are three main F-35 variants:

It's very similar, but these specific remote controlled weapon stations are called 'Protector M151'.
A Protector M151 variant won the CROWS II program and was chosen by the US Army to equip vehicles such as Humvees.
These specific weapons are based on the XM307 (grenade launcher) and XM312 (heavy machine gun) and will be a modernization of the M2HB and Mk.19 in game.
Note that the CROWS-controlled M2HB and Mk.19 (the weapons seen in the other Humvee render) will appear as well.
There will be both manned and remote controlled (CROWS) M2HB and Mk.19 MG's.
It's a burn effect, this image is very old though (it was made during tests with destroyed vehicles about one and a half year ago) so the newer destroyed models will be rather different.
Indeed the AC-47 is known as the "Spooky" (aka "Puff, the Magic Dragon").
The AC-130 haves various names depending on the specific variant in question. The "Spectre" typically refers to the older AC-130H variant while the more recent AC-130U is known as the "Spooky" (or "Spooky II" as a reference to the older AC-47 Spooky).

Indeed, AI balancing is vital (we want the mod to be accessible and have difficulty levels to accurately respond to their specific name) however, we'll also include a very "reactive" AI in order to make battles much less predictable.

Well, that specific road is from Zero Hour, it's safe to assume it's texture will be reworked for TAOW's own enhanced Mapmaker.

Well, my MG36 is made from parts from various brands (it haves handpicked parts from brands such as CA, TM, JG, Star, etc).
Nope, though I primarily use the high capacity C-Mags I also have some standard G36 mags as a backup.
Since these C-Mags have a large capacity it's always a good thing to have a spare battery or two depending on the planned match length.
About the M4/M16 magazine adapter, I personally prefer the G36 mags for the G36-style weapons :)
Just like other firearms (such as the Steyr AUG), the G36 was built to accommodate it's own, proprietary-made magazines (which are the weapon's standard) but just like you mentioned it also accepts STANAG 4179 M16 magazines with a specific magazine well (magazine adaptor).
The high capacity 5.56 drum magazines (such as the Beta C-Mag) can be used in any G36 version.

As of now, the release date is unknown.
Though we do have a beta version planned for public release we don't have a specific release date at the moment (we'll release one and possibly more closed beta versions first, for Project Contributors, to perfect the beta before the full public release).
Since TAOW is using a lot of unique and experimental logics, it will require a very thorough analysis and testing before it's released to the public.
We're not sure, the mod is currently under construction.

The new "Lightning Bolt Action" title which will have Raiden as the main character was initially thought to be an Xbox 360 exclusive (since it was presented in Microsoft's E3 Conference) but was eventually confirmed (in Konami's E3 Conference) to come for both PS3 and PC platforms.
Raiden is also shown in his "Ninja" form but does have a different eye color (brown instead of blue) and armor.
