So tommorow i have my last exam. It will be a hard one: pfusyics.. but after that i'll be able to work harder and longer on some ideas.
Firstly I'd like to say that I completly abandoned the half-life 2 mod idea. because I will not be able to be coöperative in this project (check last blog). But I've been thinking which games I really like to play, And this are voxel based games (minecraft etc...I know that it's not actually a voxel game, but you feelin' me?) And strategy games. So I was thinking how I could combine those 2. I realised that this would be a too big project (for now). So I started thinking what mod for minecraft I could make. I've always liked Roman games (I got Rome total war, and many more!! and i've played them for hours). So I started searching for Roman mods for minecraft (So i wouldn't copyright anything). well there's one mod. That looks like my ideas. But it's not the same. So I could continue with searching information.After some thinking and just when I had finished with the main idea of the mod. I got even a better idea(to expand) the main idea. I'll explain it to you guys now.
here are some items that I want to add to the game=
- i'll add marble to the game. Why? because a lot of buidlings where made from marble.
- Vinegards->whine(will refill food)
- Roman roads(Not really neccesary, but it was an important feature in the roman empire)
- New weapons
- New armour
- tile (stair texture-> for the roofs (red, orange))
- colums blocks
- more...
These will be the first features, I guess. This was all I could think of for now.
