The reason I made it the same size as in RA2, was because I'm trying to replicate the ingame looks and gameplay of the game in this mod (and expanding on it in Rise to Power).

It was never able to 1 hit kill structures.
The bombs do 250 damage and the weakest structure is the wall with 300 HP.
But you also need to take into account the armour, wall armour only takes 28% of the total damage from the bombs (70).
So it takes 5 bombs to destroy a wall.
The weakest armour to Kirov's is Steel, so a Sentry gun with 400 HP will die with 2 bombs (each bomb doing a little over 300 damage).

The Tank Destroyer doesn't have a turret, the cannon is connected to the chassis.

Warzone 2100 does have unlimited build cues. It also has it's construction units (trucks) capable of building one structure with multiple units.
There is one thing which warzone 2100 which no other RTS game does have too, a unit design system.
