It didn't just make stuff cheaper, it also made them quicker to build (as a consequence of being cheaper because build time is 2% of the cost) by 25%.

The barrel isn't as long as I would like, but you had to take into account it isn't a 2d engine with layering.
In 3d engines, things will clip. So I had has to compromise abit with the barrel.

There were no Ameicans in RA1, it was set in Europe.

Others have said that, I harber no opinions on RAR (except that the logo is awsome).

As with games, I beleave that a mods gameplay is more importent that it's graphics.
