This looks really fantastic.
This is going to be suh-weet.
Definitely one of the better indie platformers as of late.
I love how smooth/floaty/tight the controls look. I'm really looking forward to this game, and I feel this a great write up for the combat.
You know there are other genres Duke would be more suited to other than RPGs...like, I dunno, PLATFORMERS?
I can't wait to play it again.
Hey thanks! I didn't get to catch the stream but I'm glad to see your segment!
Ah, so i see the PC version is almost up and running.
Well, since I did go out and dust off my 360 to buy it, I must ask: is this version for the PC different than the 360 version content-wise?
I still might double-dip my purchase, I just want to know.
...Just a hunch.
Place your bets!
Code Name E is a Metroidvania!
The fact that it can die at all is a problem.
I would at least ask for something along the line of Ultima Online Shards. Where you can create, edit and host your own servers.
That's the freaking devil.
Or at least a demon. Either way, EEEEVIL.
Play both! Good luck.
Yes! Good. Mobile phones be damned, let it be on our glorious PC's!
Oh please, the Pancake triumphs over all.
So can ya block with it too? Or is it more of an automatic thing?
Puzzles + Dungeons = Awesome.
I'm watching ya buddy.
Sounds good, but maybe you guys should finish the other two classes first.
I expect Ultima Underworld and nothing less :3
...Well I wasn't expecting to see a game with a frog, turtle and bunny to have a Secret of Mana overworld and Zelda II style gameplay today.
But, it happens. Oh yes. Yeah, tracking.
Not bad, not bad at all.
Downright good I say.
Quake noises. Heh heh.
....When did Terraria get in my FTL?
Congrats sir, you've impressed me yet again.
That is perfect for a random encounter.
You see two Beholders talking, one of the fey origin, and one that looks like a Beholder from the regular D&D universe.
The regular looking Beholder could be "American" in a sense and argue with it's Fey counterpart about their dialect and the different words they use.
...Is that a choir I hear?
Well ****. You guys made it already.
I just now noticed.
Blank face with bright yellow eyes..clothed striped attire...
D is secretly Black Mage from FF1/FF Tactics!
Very nice, the terrain really blends together.
And I must say, the animations for those characters are fantastic.
People please stop making my dream games.
It's unfair to my social life.
That sounds awesome. People building whole dungeons just so I can get frustrated. Brings a tear to my eye.
I'm going to buy this off of my expensive coffee funds. Worth it.
Nice to see it in action!
The only other thing I can consider putting into this, is allowing players to edit the code a bit/ import models.
Great work, either way.
Voted, this is my one and only type of puzzle game.
But...it looks fantastic. What will the actual game look like?!
Level editor + Co-Op/Versus multiplayer?
Too much, right?
Sweet. Great improvement.
Building fancy robotic space badgers? The badgers will then follow the player, making wise-cracks on how the player cannot shoot.
The armor racks are just there for decoration.
This is the kind of game I need to play, right. now.
Looks like so much fun.
This game reminds me of this XBLA game I played. It was a 2.5D Metroidvania based on some book. Shadow Complex I think it was. It's pretty good.
Getting a huge Heretic/Hexen feel from this game. Nice.
Good, bad AI is what kills some FPS's for me. The difficulty focus is great too, I like when it's a fair game or the odds are stacked against me. Keep up the good work as always!
Looks like Quake, FROM THE FUTURE!!!
Glad I tracked, you definitely have a buyer, friend.
I agree, it's pretty damn smooth!
Hey, any chance for a pre-purchase post kick starter payment plan? Not for the beta's, but just so I can support the game now.
Damn the game is getting super polished! UI wise it looks pretty touched up. The animation need a little work, maybe a little faster downward swipe , but overall it looks great. I'm glad to see it coming together, when I get my new computer I'll be sure to try this out.
Sold, to the man who has six dollars!
I mean, who doesn't like co-op?
Sounds great; looking forward to the game!
Oh great, more lag on my computer. :3
Amen to that.
