Hi Corey, I like the work you've been doing over the years =)

Disclaimer: I'm no programmer nor a a "creator" per se, all I've learned over the years is by try and error and by comparing the different mods XML files etc, and adapt it to my own liking. This being said your mod is one that I like and adapt lolol. Don't worry, this is all just for myself and my personal fun.

Regarding this particular issue, I agree with you, and that is a function I've added to the Modular task force to tend for all ships, while carriers like the Ton Falk, Quasar etc to tend for fighters and bombers.
I'd like to ask you/suggest why don't you add "damage control" to ships as well? Phoenix Rising mod has it and I've "migrated" that idea to your mod. The ISD for example:

The old Star Wars Rebellion game (that I love) had in it's own particular way.

I think both functions work nicely, the damage control repairs the ship slowly and for a more robust rapid repair, the Space Stations and the so called fleet tenders would be used =)

I have one other question that perhaps you've already answered somewhere (sorry in advance) but i'll ask you privately.

I absolutely agree with Jeronimo, excellent work Doci =) love that mix of smaller turrets in a reasonable number.

How many quad turrets will you add to your model?
Will you make them quad turbolaser turrets or quad laser turrets?
Do you care about canon or legends stats?

Regarding the Victory I, I like turrets but in this case it doesn't look good having them on the Victory I, at least missile ones. Perhaps some discrete quad and dual turbolaser turrets here and there. Missiles would be cool if you guys could add an option to your model to open the maneuvering wings enabling a missile barrage from the launch tubes. I know that there are some variants with two ion engines but i think the "original" version is better. What do you think?

You are not the first nor will you be the last Dev/Modeler with an ego bigger than a Death Star II, Jeroen(imo), and this is not the first time you answer like this too. That shows lack of humility and self assurance, if i may say so.
Anyway, i'm not a Dev/Modeler nor will i have ever be, i don't have such skills but i do admire people who do. Regardless, i simply looked at your model (WIP) and commented. I was not making a "negative critic" but a "constructive one", from my own point of view. If you read my first comment you'll see that i like some things and i disliked others. Just that. =) Peace.

Hi Jeroenimo, I've spotted +- 38 ISD-72x deflector shield generator domes. Isn't that too much? I would go for 8, even though the images are not that clear. 2 on top of the bridge, 2 behind the bridge superstructure, 2 on the left and right side of the bridge superstructure.

Hi Jeroenimo, are you planning to use the HMP Gunship in space? I think they should be reserved solely to ground battles, even though we see them in some space operations, i think they are too powerful to use in space and they are more of an airspeeder than a spacecraft. Hug

I agree with you to some extent but i think a middle term could be achieved. Regarding the ISD II and the turbolaser or ion barbettes, they are still the same weapon they just fire different types of beams. Other modifications do exist but not on the stock design, this is the ISD not the unique MC cruisers. Yeah, i also don't like to see a hardpoint green filled ISD that is why you have the option to make the hardpoints targetable and destroyable or not. I usually mix the two, and before you tell me to do my own model, i don't know that much! Like you've said, there are so many inconsistencies already, why keep doing more? Sorry to say it and i hope you do not take offense but you sound like Lucas, "this is my toy and i do with what i want". Indeed this is your "baby" but a bit of flexibility and humbleness would be cool. On another plane we have Adywan, the best fan editor out there so far, and listens to fans to some extent. I still like many of the things you're doing, these are just minor humble opinions. Keep up the good work =)

Yeah, ok you are right, they are firing 4 linear turbolasers, but the ISD I is not supposed to have those model types of Quad Turbolasers in those places.

Your textures and model is more cool but could be improved if you were to add more detailed cannons, turrets (hardpoints), and also detailed the hangars a bit better.
His model is exaggerated in the quantity, poor detail of the weapons how he scatters them throughout its surface. "Middle ground" would be enough. =)

Your model is not the only one to lack the secondary hangar bay opening, I've seen it on Phoenix Rising and FOC Alliance mods as well. =)

Reading is one thing, speaking is another and i may have misinterpreted your t and I've never said I didn't like your model, on the contrary I do like it... what i "dislike" is the absence of the secondary hangar and starboard/port side front sections, between the wings and the bow, those 3 rectangular spaces are for turrets I know, but still I like the more streamlined version of that section. Other than that i think your model very cool.

Can you see those 4 "bases" of a sort in that section, it is more smoother.

And yes the Victory is supposed to be a downsized version of the Imperator, but i'm not against people tinkering with models, since games, comics etc are also full of changes on many models.
