I think you meant the cam inertion. Open the Video - Settings and look for Camera Inertion. It must be null.

You don't need SoC game at all.

First of all check if you have the SoC profile in your video drivers. Delete it. Also, make sure that all parameters in video drivers are controlled by an application.

I have i7 3770 (3.4 GHz), 16 GB RAM, nVidia GTX 970. For such configuration on reasonably max settings you must have 45-65 fps in this place depending upon the weather. In some other places the fps may reach up to 150-170. This is very demanding mod.

You must correctly install the mod.

1) There are 6 parts which gives you the mod itself.
2) After installation of base mod you have to install Patch 2.10 Revised. Do not start the mod without configurator in this moment! It's critical.
3) After you run the configurator the first time you can install fix2.

Disable reload via the belt - it's just experimental feature.

Open Options - Control Keys and look for the open trunk key.

The patch is the only one - 2.10 Revised, not 2.11 !!! Do not use Configurator for updates any more! The patch installs itself automatically. After that just run the Configurator for rebuilding folders. Finally, unpack little fix2 into your installation folder for the mod. That's all. New game is required.

You were playing the mod without patches. That was your big error. After intalling the Patch 2.10 Revised and fix2 you need to start new game. Also, before first start of the mod you must launch the Configurator, that will rebuild the folders structure.

Something wrong on your side. The most common reasons for this behavior:

1) The STALKER profile in your video driver. Delete it.

2) Enabled anti-aliasing in the video drivers setting. Switch to "Managed by application" (something like that).

3) You've specified too high settings. Do not enable grass shadows, don't set too dense grass and too big radius for grass drawing.
