I reinstalled just the AKS-74 files and lines and its not crashing now. I usually create my own merge patches to get all mods to work. (I don't have any Tarkov or EFT mods btw) I must've made a mistake somewhere.. Alot of recent comments were crashes to just that AK rifle, (I always skim comments for troubleshooting before posting a comment) so I thought I'd chime in. I dunno man.

I just noticed that the AK74m rifles have slightly different reload anims than the AKs74 or AK74 rifles. Thats really cool, I like that alot

I started getting this crash so I deleted my Gamedata and rebuilt, going thru every mod, making sure nothing said anything related to AKS74 and the game worked. and started a new game... Okay? No. Game just started doing it again. I've only added YoungPrince's sound mods but removing them doesn't fix it.
Deleting everything in this animation mod related to AKS74 and I can continue my save. I noticed a bot could not deploy his AKS74, he just kept doing that animation where he equips it over and over and over. Shot him, took his gear as soon as I touched his AKS74, crash

The SR3M and the 9A-91 don't have reload sounds when ammo is ZERO (0).

This can easily be fixed in the weapon_sounds.ltx file by removing the 2nd "_empty" from

"snd_reload_empty = weapons\9a91\9a91_reload_empty"

so it looks like

"snd_reload_empty = weapons\9a91\9a91_reload"

Same for the SR3M rifle. ([wpn_vihr_sounds]:wpn_val_sounds)

There may be more errors but I have not found anymore yet.

I dig the hell out of this mod. Radiation was more akin to a slightly annoying stink bomb now its a threat and dynamic. I have, however removed the actor's resilience to rads and restored the foods' stats. I just like the rads being everywhere part lol

Just wanted to say thanks for setting up a winter mod with a car pack and putting it on ModDB. It does work and seems to run fine but only after I downloaded Visual C++ 2005 from Microsoft but thats probably more my fault because I recently just bought a new PC.

An oversight perhaps not a bug BUT still game breaking (kinda...)

In order to make Automatic Gas Regulators (basic) at the workbench you need 3 items;

Dropping-block breech [R]
Hammers from a hammer-type double-barrel shotgun [R]
Rotating locking head [2 locks] [P]

The first two are fine, thats just basic shotgun stuff. ***** everywhere but that third one you have to get from breaking down PKM light machineguns. THATS a very late game weapon and IMO I think the Anomaly devs used a [P] item on accident BECAUSE any gun parts with (basic) is as named, relatively early in-game upgrades you can make and install.
I think it should be switched to [A/PP], [PP] or [PP] [NATO]. Thats all stuff you get from MP5s, Skorpion machine pistols, The Kiparis machine pistol.

I like this mod alot; trader stores that expand really slowly or much faster if you prioritize them. It adds another RPG element that you have to consider in a fun way and gives selling artifacts a purpose rather than just "selling for the most amount of money"
Right now my only gripe is theres not enough water and basic sewing string for sale. The strings to make repair kits to fix armor

I was just saying I've always had this issue with this game. I just assume where I play on low graphics its my fault.
The P99 and the Kiparis are some of the worst offenders for me ha ha
The guns that do work fine like the Stechkin, your mod improves

I'm a big dumb. What are the codes for a 5-button mouse? I cannot for the life of me find them.
I use the mouse for melee and pro tip don't knife or even shoot Monolith face to face; if they go into "downed" state even when they've not even fallen to the ground yet they just blow up instantly because you're already right there.

Very noice. I'm the kinda guy to always keep a pistol or 3 around especially since now we can use the Knife Slot for sidearms.
However most of the guns sights in-game are not aligned for me. Probably because I play on 1360x768 and the minute details are that much more noticeable

I'm trying to use the repair kit;
"Repair kit for suits with a closed-cycle respiratory module"
to repair a SEVA suit I found on a dead guy (not damaged and not worn) aaaaaand the kits not working.
My SEVA suit is at 22% and to verify I changed the Advanced sewing kit to accept items at 20% and it works just fine. whatdo is it bugged or what? I'm stumped :\

This basically unrestricts the upgrade paths on firearms and armor?
I've been trying to fix the full-auto mod for the Armsel Striker/Protecta shotgun but I have no idea how, it doesn't work in Dead Air but did in Last Day. Figured it'd be an easy fix. Full auto for the Beretta doesn't work either. It should it'd make the Beretta preferable over the Stechkin APS

I disabled damage to backpacks to mitigate that bug. I only ever took just a few RU damage to backpacks anyhow.
Not worth using rare repair glue or kits to get back a few Kg of capacity from like, 9% damage and thats like 112Ru repairs so always had a technician take a look at them that and I kinda hated going blackscreen to put a backpack on/off AND waiting for techs to repair them. Breaks the flow of the game somewhat.
ha ha I can stuff all my PC wires and controllers in a backpack IRL faster than Mangun the Duty tech can work a needle & thread!

Also to the author, R31a; I found a "Mercenary SEVA STS-UC Mk 2 bodysuit" in a stash in the Cordon. The Outfits.itx says that particular suit is not in the game anymore.
That is very much not the case, for me anyway. I guess game RNG put a damaged one in a stash loot..? Any risks to using that suit or should I just throw it away? Pretty good suit but the stamina loss is atrocious so I went to tweak it and found its not supposed to be in the game.. Which suck because I really need a new pair of pants lol

Your weapon repair & disassembly addons respectively, does this mod contain all/most of the features of the weapon repair addon? Could you clarify the differences some?
I would just install each at a time and see but DA is a mega long-winded game and takes forever to get anywhere, to get the stuff to verify for myself

Okay, they even take stashes you get as rewards. I got a stash in the same area for giving a Dutyer a gun and as soon as I turn around I saw a stalker running for the gate! He was running to the stash I got.
Thats ******** it's like he overheard the guy tell me where the stash is! lmao

I'm a massive thief in these role play games but these guys in this mod make me look like a chump lol
