That wire between the top of the cockpit and the tail should be removed. Something like that causes drag on the body of the plane and would only serve to be a structural problem. Other then that awesome concept!

You know something, the current placement of the missile launchers on the Mammoth Mk. II is a little....strange. I think it would be better if the missile launchers were:
a) relocated onto the main body of the Mk. II
or
b) made into an upgrade like the anti-air rail-guns or the disc launcher turret (obviously this would fire more missiles faster then the current launchers)

Most people are calling for a big walker like the Redeemer Warmech but how instead a big tank, something looks like the Widow from Tiberian Twilight only without that big, jutting out part?
It's main armaments would be two big *** flamethrowers (or whatever you pick) and could come with stealth (your choice).
It's special ability would be to unpack for an armor bonus, stealth, and six laser turrets from the sides that could hit aircraft and ground units. The main body would also slowly swivel when unpacked to fry units with the flamethrowers.
To make it competent against the Mammoth Mk. II, Conquer, and Assault Mothership, when unpacked it has a very small detection area (so units would have to be quite close to it to detect it)

So tell me, what do you think?

I have a fun idea on how to help Nod Harvesters survive against attacks (because replacing Harvesters is very, very inconvenient): Make them able to burrow like the Scorpion Mk. II's. This way, they can survive until you can move some units to defend them.

You guys should definitely do a mod that adds navies, watercraft, amphibious vehicles, etc. It CAN be done, I have a German mod that adds several battleships (and amphibious transports for Nod and GDI) to the game. (Just Google "Command And Conquer 3 Naval Expansion)

The team making this mod is currently finishing up making a huge Tiberium Wars mod (The Forgotten) and will (like Tsumetai said) probably finish this one once Forgotten is released.

All of the best mods are just long wait times, on the players part, because you can't sacrifice quality just for an early release.

I know that you can do something with 7Zip where it comes in pieces yet can extract as one file. I have no idea how to do it but it could help you immensely. Even if it is just using 7z to compress the mod.
