I didn't even know these were needed until I saw them. Now I'm wondering how I've ever tolerated Morrowind without a Glass Spear.

The Artifacts has always looked cool, its nice to see some of the more...."interestingly enchanted" weapons get the same treatment.
Any chance of fixing the leveling issue in Skyrim? Ya know, how getting all your skills to 100 only brings you to level 85 and a half?
I've always disliked the loneliness of being out and about, how about adding Fallout 3 style random events? Like bands of adventurers wandering around and delving into dungeons that can be temporary allies (that you can follow and help, or will follow and help you at higher levels.) Perhaps even a whole guild around that (No real questline, just more like side-quests involving dungeon-diving. Actually, there could a main questline centering around retrieving some of the harder-to-find artifacts)
All in all, more "life" and not just things to kill (although you totally could if you wanted to) out away from the towns and cities.
I wouldn't say that EA is messing up C&C, its good that they try new things. Would you prefer that C&C take the road Call Of Duty did and release one every year with no difference between them?

You do know that 567 is technically the maximum armor rating, right? 567 is 85% reduction in damage and it does not calculate higher then that, meaning 85% is the highest you can get.

Excellent. Will you also add veterancy for production buildings as well, like in Battle For Middle-Earth? If you haven't played BFME, unit making structures and resource-producing structures have three ranks to them; Normal speed at rank one (starting level and normal resource rate, 25% faster build speed at rank two (and 25% more resources) and 50% at rank three. Given that resources came in on their own at an interval (every two seconds), building units took entire cost upfront, and the bases had limited space.
Really? That's your question? "Can we do some stupid crap?" How about "Will there be awesome new weapons, like firearms?" or "Will there be some badass Dwemer power-armor of some sort?"

Really? Because when a factory is spiting Apocalypse tanks on the doorstep of a new base "This is so balanced!" is not the words coming out of your mouth. Personally I've felt the Allies Clearance upgrades to be a pain in the *** that you don't need. If the Clearances improved your buildings instead of unlocking units, that'd be nice. On topic note, nice reuse of the Pacifier.
60 caps is a "bit" cheap for a rare item. and a weight of 2 is a "bit" light for something that can recharge microfusion cells and make explosives.
Instead of choosing between damage or RoF bonus, why do both? Smg, Pistol, and Sniper get damage bonus. Heavy, Rifle, and scattergun gets rate of fire bonus. Plus those fit more then just everything gets one or the other.
If you want to add Emissions, the folks over at NexusMods could probably help you do it. The modders there know practically everything about the workings of Bethesda games.
