Not every server has it good straight off the bat. remember its been a long time since PW was first released. right now people most likely CBF'ed working really hard as they might of done that 5 times before. I had a look at why you had it originally just you and 1 server, if you wanted to do that it needed to be multiple servers and maybe linked to the same database (info for characters are linked) think of it maybe something like DayZ servers or even Arma3's King of the hill by SA_MANTRA. In doing so you could have 1 server with Heavy role playing including rules that support it or a casual server if you play Gmod RP where its not as strict. i can understand the bans and complaints, maybe you could be looking at this all wrong. I know I did as since its RP you would expect people to RP, except if theirs a way they can break role-play and muck around, they will. most of it comes down to how the mod its self can battle this. I would love to see multiple server of this mod hosted by different people and see how they deal with it and what they do different.

If maybe you could give it another shot that would be amazing. I can see how the D-Dosing would of killed it for you on top of the spamming. don't think of it as a waste. think of it as preparations for banner lord if it ever gets finished. from what you wrote I'm imagining it like you wanted a hardcore RP server but the players who joined didn't even perform the slightest bit of role playing and when you banned them they DE-dosed you.

I was able to get a server with your mod up but I believe you have your map coded to crash if some one tries to use it. I then tried a normal PW map but was not able to spawn.

why not, if the admins have left, players stoped joining and server shutting down on the 10th?

OK then, can any one help me get this to work or a way to use the map. theirs one server but has 400 - 600 ping for me. I checked the site and says that the admins have left due to the ******** they had to deal with. He has let the server run till the money runs out that went towards it (closes 10th of april).
I would like to try the mod out with the map that they made for it and I would rather not create a map for it if I can avoid it. I hear that the mod uses scripts connected to a data base or something similar?

Your Doing good man, Keep up the work. Ill love to play this once its ready. If it some how comes to it and you stop working on it just release it so at least the effort you put into this doesn't go to waste. Keep going where all supporting you.

Who knows, when their ready I guess. Right now you can play their old Christmas demo that was released a couple of years back. you just have to try and find it.

Alright we have found out how to get the maps to work, but sadly no one wants to play the mod no more. People abuse the it and just keep on killing.

Yes we have indeed. Now we have to be able to edit the maps and make more. Also be nice to fix the problems in the current patch if one is not being released. It would also be nice to fix up all the admin settings and rules and who will get the admin.

On the server we play on we want to use guns but on the big map, (Wild wind) and their is no carbon. If any one edits the map and most it on the server any one who try's to join but the person who made it cannot spawn. The map is just black. Now we have more than 20 people most of the time including Teredevil who play on our own server, we are Australian but we have people right round the world who come on our team speak called Men of Valour. Team speak IP:173.199.80.178:9199 . I've been working on the big map for about 6 hours editing it but I'm really annoyed since we cant use it and some of our other members are also ****** off since it doesn't work. Now it would be really helpful if some one could help me with this. Also I've been talking to some of our members and they said they would love to continue modding Wild wind but they don't know how but I'm pretty sure people will be willing if you give them instructions or an tutorial.
