I understand that it's possible that it may glitch through many walls, but still it would be helpful to know which wall it disappeared into.

Are you sure you mean the prison? Because you shouldn't even have the bucket by then.
Outside of the Machine Room there is a note with a clue to the correct lever combination. It is from left to right. Should the levers get stuck in wrong positions, leave the level and go back. I don't know how to fix this yet.
You fill the bucket up using the pump in the garden.

Hm. Have never heard of this before. Sounds like the boxes are automatically getting destroyed or something. Are you playing 1.0 or 1.1 of the custom story?
The ladder is in the prisoners guards room.
I'm very well aware of that you break the bottle for the key and that you can throw and break the vases. I never said that you can't break anything, just that the boxes have never been breakable.
I made the custom story and can confirm that this is not a jumpscare custom story. I'm not saying that it doesn't have any scares, but it's more focused on exploration and interaction.

I've never heard this before. Did you use the hammer after you used the acid?
There is a note which you find right outside the machine room with hints about the levers. If they get stuck in wrong positions (which has never happened to me, but did happen to a tester) try to leave the machine room and go back in, then try again. The hint mentioned on the note is from left to right.
To get into the other room inside the machine room you need the crowbar which you find in the garden.
That makes no sense. How are you supposed to get the items from the boxes if you can't break them?
You have to activate the rod machine first in the other room next to the rod machine.
I just noticed that I forgot to include two entities. They're not important but they will be included in next version.
