i pretty much like playing a heap of games i love downloading mods and mapping i do 3D modeling and most of my stuff is low poly so i prefer modeling for the older engines or for hand helds

i got lazy with pretty much everything
it was originally gonna be for testing out mocap files (see how versatile they were) but it failed miserably

but it looks very similar (maybe we just got a good modeler here ?)

any way 1400 is way to many polys for psp remember you gonna have quite a few of these running around on the screen and it all adds up (TOO LAG)
remember the psp only has 330 mhz of power to run on
and the ram is even worse

yes in a way but with this you are preventing a proper invasion
not just a heap of monsters being spawned trying to kill you

the monsters in this actually have a location they must reach
its a lot like tower defense if you've ever played that

I need help
Ive imported everything perfectly
and everything is to scale perfectly
but when i run the game the model is off to the left and facing in another direction

but even when i move the model around and rotate it and save it it still stays in that position no matter what

hl2 was released 2004
ep 2 was released 2007
there's a massive gap (yes i know there's ep one in there as well but they have had other projects (L4D)
im pretty sure it will come out as a episode
but then again there engine is getting old so they may have to do a big engine up date
which may change the outcome of the next hl game

actually i find that using videos i have to repeat steps and go over stuff
you cant really move at you own pace you have to keep pausing and if you forget to pause or the tutor keeps moving quickly i have to track back through the slide bar and find the right spot
also theirs a problem with quality a lot of the videos i have used have been bad quality
also accents can be a problem
