i found how you can play without the victory in the first few seconds
you must delete this file SkirmishScripts.scb in the folder ?:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour\Data\scripts backup befor delete

i dwonload it finaly but it hapens to me too that victory in the first seconds

i still try to download this great mod from 10 hours
