it may have something to do with the version of Star wars empire at war you have

I found the MT_COMMANDBAR file.. i edited it so the Dadealus has the picture of Colonel Caldwell instead of the sideways bc-304. but when i start up the game it shows me the picture inside a sort-of frame of the bc-304..

is the frame thing in the coding or is it something else?

yeah thats the BAT file.all it says is the file directory for the SGEAW mod file. shortly after it goes away the game should start up

inside the map maker their is a button called "AI Data"
when this opens you can go "add zone" then "paint zone"
you can then choose if you want the map to give units the effect of walking through water or make "steep" zones that units cannot pass

ok....what's inside it

if the "stargate_EAW" file is inside it then
move it out to the mod folder (the folder with the "source" folder inside it)

if the folder has the "DATA" file is inside it then
rename the "programme" file "Stargate_EAW"

if this doesn't help take some screenshot's (Alt+Print screen) and email them to me and i'll have a look

check the directory and where you put the folder.
make sure the stargate file is inside the mod folder inside Empire at war game data..NOT the FOC folder

yeah i know i've got all the same bugs and IT's NOT POSSIBLE. the game engine wont allow you to enter through a hyperspace window or through the stargate.. the stargate is just a model that sits there and looks good...NOTHING ELSE. as for the hyperspace window same thing, it's not possible.

yeah i guess your right but the ori laser doesn't fire as often and when the drones fire they come out roughly a hundred at a time... and yes the asguard do suck at aiming. they have small eyes like well......
