Well, anyways, the tower story proves, that god even if he exists, do not want man to be united and live in harmony. So, as soon as that happened, he destroyed the harmony. Well, it is hard to determine who is actually ruling the Kosovo government. During cold war, communists were leading the country, so the economy there was good for a while. Communism brought lots of new tech, factories etc. When the regime broke down, people did not know how to lead the country well due the lack of experience, as it were in most of the East-Europe. And that gave opportunity to foreign countries to get involved with those countries governments. So, currently they may be led by russians or americans or someone else, we cant be sure since that kind of things will not go out to public. There are theories, that big corporations run the entire world (big oil companies etc.), like some ''elite'' tell US government to do something etc. On thing we can agree, is that world is quite corrupted.

Well, true there, flood vs replicators would be final battle if all other are dead lol. But if flood is not using projectile weapons (eg shotgun or w.e), then replicators would overpower em. So it would be kinda infinite battle perhaps.
Also in stargate universe there was phase shift tech, what allowed ships and entire planets become kinda fly through objects. With that tech ships could easily dodge any incoming blasts and even travel through shields. Also i remember one episode where Tollans made nukes that go through anything using same type of tech.

well, Daedalus class jumps in, beams nuke on any ship and adios amigos , jumper stealth mode gets close and drones penatrate anything. Or replicators just take over any ship lol

well yea, but does 100% every ship have the deflector shields? Cause fighters must be able to travel from and back from mothership? ME is just an other good game that's all lol;) I remember when we had the same debate at Sci-fi mod page around the units there (star wars, stargate, star trek, battlestar etc.), and well, stargate won there with long run. So if there is one thing we can agree on, stargate ships are the most powerful sci-fi ones;)

it is kinda hard to make tech 1-5 different models after original series (e.g dismantle the thing, kinda does not give the feeling of game lol), so best possible way would be add more hardpoints each level or leave the station same, only research the tech.

The YT video has quite a number of things in it, so just watch. I dont know about you, but i dont think someone would just fake all that stuff lol. And well, there are so many stories about dinosaurs/dragons/giant lizards from time, when people had no clue about that kind of beings ever lived on earth. And from all over earth as well, not just one location.

well, most of earth ships used projectile weapons, what can go through SW shields, like missiles for example (since the fighters can fly past the shields on SW ships). So, well placed nuke or railgun fire will easily dominate over ships.

Well, since Mass Effect weapons are stronger and earth ships use rockets and projectiles what penetrate shields, the SW ones would not stand a chance unless in hig numbers lol.

Well, first of all, i have studied the original mass effect models and with most of them, there is no way that they could work with the FoC engine (due original models are mostly 200k+ poly, like reapers for example), so there is no way that most of originals could work in FoC (for FoC it has to be below 20K to have several same type ships in game simoultainiously, largest i have come across with was around 45k, and it was SSD what you can build 1 per game). So, he HAS to recreate them in order to get them working in game with good ammount of poly count. Only smaller ships (like fighters/shuttles and some other) could be ported, but again, the textures will be messed up (like i tested it), so you have to re-create proper UV Map for them and add bump and various other textures. So unless he does not have lots and lots of free time, the porting would be quite painful and more useless than recreation of models.

totally agree with you. I was rather dissapointed with ME3 ending. This mod means more mass effect, so a big plus from me as it should be from each fan of series. If he does not do it, then eventually some other person will.

It is possible to make the ring moving with animation on 3ds max, all ships i made for Forces of corruption had animation for weapons and death (peaces fall of etc). Takes like 10 min to get the rings moving.

Well, i have played it through and it looks good, i like the Mass Effect Normandy style quarters lol.
But the planets are kinda rush made and not much to look at, and how i get back on ship once i go to ground to tamriel? There is no teleport near the place. Maybe make spell like ''beam to ship'' or something?

lol the reason that it is 40k is that i made it with another modelling program and when i exported all my models to fit 3Ds Max, some of them went this way (due double faces mostly, kinda like walls inside walls). Models made in 3DS Max from start are no more than 10K poly usually :)

Custom textures yea, cause it is hard to keep the sword detail (due the fact, that Skyrim is Very hig res game, and the morrowind is kinda low res compared to it), so the texture has to be made all over to fit the Morrowind (not too detailed nor too blurry).
Also, the blade is different shape and size (but inspired from Skyrim yea), so the textures of original Skyrim sword would not fit there (and UV Mapping the sword to fit original texture would be nightmare for me lol).

I used Imperial Flag insignia to get detailed imperial markings on sword, and steel details from Google, and some screenshots i made in Skyrim itself.

if u look closely then yea like 50% are bugfixed/converted models from my previous teachers and fellow modellers from sketchup community lol. as i model with sketchup first (cause i know program very well), i often use old friends models as an base or example, but takes time to make the models of sketchup over to the 3ds.

good idea but this is not going to work on moving ships, allso that beam would be extremely powerful (as it shoots so much and is not originally meant for that game lol) and probably will unbalance the mod compleately, unless, u make the hardpoints more stronger and add some numbers to the shield power lol.

you mean these models what i have uploaded now? no, the original models are from X series (they started making those in 1998 or 99), and i have not yet seen anyone using these models, but not sure as i do not track every single mod there is on every game, i just am aware of EaW and FoC mods. and i am converting all the models, since i do them in Sketchup (export to 3ds max later) and then make them .alo files for the eaw. So is that considered porting??

well, this is just concept station what was originally for other mod. But u dont need to texture it if u dont want lol, can make some other station :)

well, u dont need to make may holes and stuff lol, there were some damage at engine and the rods on the right side of the ship, and ship hull had taken so much blasts, so texture should be more like lazer impact places and so on :) Gateworld.net you can see the damage here :)

there is an pretti cool screensaver atlantis stile what i found from internet. basically allmost ever screen from the atlantis like the deep space sensor or atlantis spec's or planets orbital sattellite n so on (they move aswell not just picture and you can allso change em when they are in the screen by just pressin space)
