Its sad that a lot of experienced people look at these projects, overlook the good ones and dont give the engine a chance. :(

No doubt its a weak engine. But some guys around here (including me) found a way around its odd and it turns out to be all a hobby dev needs.

these are all test models (the entire game is for practice) and lag realism up to a certain degree.

Multiple reasons to be honest. First: It is very unstable and I'm getting tons of emails about errors I can't do anything about second: I was thinking of it to get a few hundred downloads but you can find it on many download portals now. Its really not that good and I want to get something really good out there. I'm making a remake of this anyway (you might have noticed) third: first thing that comes up when googling my name: this game. Thats a bit wierd.

Thanks for your interest :) So, there will be indeed no HUD. I'm not sure about it yet (it depends on how much time I will have) but I will add a small inventory that can be toggled on by pressing tab. This will show how many medipacks and painkillers the player has left. Health will be shown by the typical bloody screen (so real XD) and heavy breathing sounds... Yes, the enemies go down with a few shots depending on their protection gear. There will be heavyer units. Gunfights are often underlined with heartbeatsounds and the similar. Ironsights, gunlag, decreased accuracy while running etc. has been added too. More to come.

Yes, me too :) But unfortunately I lost a lot of Gamers due to the constant whispering/breathing sounds, the nonstop monsterattacks and all the corpses that where everywhere. The newer version shall have a lot more adventure and survival elements, along with more realism. (I won't confront the player with floating hallways and irregular architecture until the storyline is revealed. It is cleary planned to have a realistic and a completely insane part. We'll see how that turns out :)

Dude, I would have had no problem if you recreated it yourself Would be cool to see it as a Half Life Mod. But simply ripping the media out of my project I purchased and own a license for is piracy. (worse: Media I created)... This is stealing after all.
