My mainproject (Relict) is currently being developed in UDK. I don't think I am ready yet to develop something like this in UDK though. I just want to make one last game in fpsc this year...to close this chapter :)

these are all test models (the entire game is for practice) and lag realism up to a certain degree.

Hey there! Have you tried to load another level with the savegames that come with the patch? :D
I know what causes this bug: Its overloading your system memory while adding lightmapping. That's bad butt there is no way I can fix it. I hope future updates for the engine get rid of it, but it shouldn't happen in level 3 o.O
Anyway! :D Try loading level 4.
If not, I see u have a widescreen...hmm, looks like I REALLY have to add an resolution change option to future projects :P

"Into the Dark" is the biggest release with this engine so far. If you are interested in the engine from a technical standpoint it is more advanced than my games. Homegrown and especially Ivan here is a more technical approach where I bank on aesthetics. :)

Well, the sound is a major part of the game and besides... you really think anyone cares about the "no sound" demographic that only consists of you? Its also fascinating that some people bring up the money they spent as if anyone gives a dang. Besides: there is a demo available...try before you buy ;)
I know its not the primary focus of your games but your visual style has improved a lot! This looks like a game I would actually buy. I'm looking forward for more and I'm interested in what the gameplay will be like :D

No I didn't :)! I made a lot of the models and effects but a lot is also bought media. However, everything has been reworked and modified to suit the game. This is mostly just a collage of media I made for other projects.
In an advanced engine I wouldn't be able to do much at all. I'm a decent level artist in unreal engine but I doubt the possibilitie of making a game all on your own in your sparetime in a bigger engine. The workload is huge.
The sounds themselves are actually pretty neat. Its just the looping and setting in FPSCreator that cuts them off like this. That can be tweaked, but I didn't for this as its a miniproject.

Hey there!! I take it you mean the game "euthanasia"? Well, to be completely honest: Every version of it behaves different. I really don't know why you cant load your savegames. However, the patch should simply be imported in your euthanasia folder, it can not be ran... because if you get the patch to run, you have working savegames for all the levels :)

The book thingie is the main menue... there should be a start button. If not, something is wrong indeed, but I dont know what could've caused this.

Yes and no! I do try the best I can do... but I only have 3 weeks to work on this little game. You might have red that I ran into problems developing "Dead Frequency" which still prevail. This is just a small game for kicks :)
Thanks! :) To be honest: there are a bunch of titles out there that look alot better. But there are also a lot of kids out there making godawful zombiegames so its hard to find them in that mass.

Great concept and ideas! But you should really fix that slow movement and random headbobbing. Besides: if you design your game around an abandoned asylum, you should really look up some photos of asylums instead of making your levels at random. The shoppingcarts and random woodenbarrels / chains with meathooks etc. where kind of out of place and broke the immersion. I'll write you a detailed review about this on the TGC forums :)
