And to get to that street with the bus with the m16 in it, you gotta go to the Hansson Square station, exit from there, turn right, and walk all the way forward, the next thing you should see is a bus at the end of the alley to the right

I know exactly how you feel, I was stuck at that certain objective for about an hour and an half, overall my time on my first playthrough was about 6 hours
