In Gustav park go to the Eagle Statue. The Eagle is seeing to the North, ok?
If the Eagle is seeing to the North, you need to do this.
Move the Eagle to the North
Move the other bird (i don't know the name in english) to the South
Move the Lion and the horse to the West

Leons Coastline fix Goto steam apps mods CLTA folder and find the txt called "gameinfo" look for "filesys" change steamAppId to 215.. it should work after you save,close and restart steam..
it will look like this I think it was originally 220. This will cause it to mount the right engine. SO just highlight 220 or what ever it is and type the 215 there and save, close, restart steam and hit play.
