If anyone wants to use this as their splash, you can use Paint .NET to convert the JPG into a DDS. Rename it to "splash.dds" then replace the file that's here:
\ScifiatwarMod\Data\Art\Textures
Or you can PM me and I'll email you a copy of the DDS file.
