just noticed your comment on my profile page(about deus ex), sure i would be glad to help out anyway i can...and i was doing my own mod for a few reasons: experience with hammer and whatnot...however if the other deus ex mod's didnt do anything more or release down the road then i would have tried to start up a new one. that seeming to not be the case, and you are serious about wanting help let me know how best to work with you. my email email@example.com
same thing happening with the green world mod on the nexus....i think its hardcoded into the main game so unless you hack it, meh. dont really care about that part of things tho, will be too busy gunning down miscreants and baddies :D

actually baltimore is not a state, not even a real city if i remember properly....its a suberb of DC i think....i dont live there...but i know what your getting at.
i dont know much of the provinces in canada either since i dont live there...or any of the towns for that matter.
lol, some people are special...or have never used a mod for any game in there life, hard to do considering most expansions/DLC are mods also.
apperently its too much to hope for people to figure some things out on there own and actually learn a bit.
not sure what the deal is with the 'not sure it fits, bit' its a mod its not supposed to necessarily fit, besides the war that brought all the radiation in the first play acording to fallout lore was over 200 years ago...it only takes about 50-70years for anything to regrow...and no amount of bombing unless it was on a global scale covering every inch of the planet would iradiate the oceans...just a bit of FYI there for anyone who may not understand reality!

personaly, i would like to have it available to play now....but i would rather have all the stuff in and all the testing done for the mod before full release.
