So I have finally found the game on steam, after my local gamestop and walmart didn't have it. Will this mod have steam compatibility?
Have you guys found a way around the 500 mission limit? I have the conversion pack and dark times and there's no way another mod will fit in the addon folder

Great, I always hated that the only guaranteed way to win a space battle was board the enemy. I want to see more dogfighting action :)

After looking at some more pictures I guess I should also ask if a low-end graphics card can run this mod.
Does this require any unit packs and is this compatible with unit packs? I got one of the elite forces packs and would hate to download only to see an error.

I downloaded the mod and it isn't running, I can't find a readme so I figured the 1944 or 1944 beta files were autoinstallers, it says I'm missing @cba. What do I do?
To prevent the loss of work from happening again perhaps when a file is finished share with another mod team member for storage and vice versa, it will kill a lot of space on the hard drive but if one computer goes down or a files is lost you won't have to remake it.
I don't know if this is possible but could Coruscant be closer to the battle where it feels more like you're in the way upper atmosphere, it'd be a cool different look for a space battle.
Perhaps it could be like in Dark Times with special ships flyable only by heroes (locked to everyone else)

I've reinstalled Third Age (and the entire Medieval II Kingdoms for that matter) and when I try to start the game the bat. file opens then runs the game in my background processes where I can't play it, how do I fix this?
A Third Age Rome 2 mod would be great, but I think the game is so much more different (and detailed) that you would have to learn to mod it all over again and I (kind of) remember how long it took Third Age to get to where it is now. It would probably take double that time because of everything different in Rome.
Then again, now that I think about it Shogun II would be a much more awesome platform for a LotR mod, its probably more of a pain then its worth to switch games though, especially to one that runs on steam.
This is the first time I've looked here so forgive me if this has already been asked. With the Hobbit movies coming out will a 4.0 be in the works to show off some of the new content that has been added to middle earth and improve upon the weaker aspects of the mod (not that they are a big deal in terms of gameplay)?
okay. I was expecting Zann Consortium to be replaced by Hutts or something along those lines if an overhaul was done anyway. I'm a little confused about ascendency though, what era is it covering, same as ICW or would it cover the original trilogy?
Will the Mughal Empire be playable in this?
I don't know if you guys take requests, especially for something this big, I was wondering if (in the far future) working on ascendency was finished or got old if you guys can do a overhaul of the original empire at war foc to make gameplay like Thrawn's Revenge.
Fixed it, put the launcher on the disc on compatibility instead of the one on my hard drive.
The old laptop has a quad core, if your computer is a single core then the sheer number of polygons or models or whatever they are called overwhelms it.
Calmed down a bit now. Is there a way to make EaW work on Windows 8, like a update or some simple recoding? I really miss ICW. Compatibility doesn't work.
the computer is shared so that isn't an option at the moment (without getting a ton of crap for switching anyway). Thanks a lot for answering though.

Will some of BFII's 'canonical' issues be addressed in this mod, specifically the location of the Star Destroyer's and Venator's hangars? And will there be a Galactic Conquest for the new maps?
