Hey there, is the giant 534 planet galaxy FFA map too much for the game? I've tried loading it a couple times but I think the game hit its memory limit before it finished loading. Anything I could be doing wrong?
Tech idea for the imps, gives a production boost but sacrifices population. (basically slavery)
The problem with limitations is, if I remember right, the ai ignores most limitations and spams the most ships it can. So even if it is more expensive, the price/build time change only really applies to you.
You just have to believe?

Problem, I first want to make it clear this is not with the mod itself. Ever since I updated Sins all cap ships no matter who I play as cost nothing but the command points. I forgot this caused me to stop playing sins since it is kind of game breaking. Does anyone have a fix?
It's not even 5 AM here and there are already 2K downloads. That speaks a lot for the quality.

Aurora? In space? Forgive me if I'm being too scientific but does that mean there is an electromagnetic field there? And if so will it affect ships in any way? Either way its still my new wallpaper.

Assuming the C&D is a result of that mordor game they are making is it possible that some point AFTER its release work on this may continue, since the mod would no longer "hurt" the new game's sales.
Nevermind I tested it, random events work fine but the special places (ice fields, antimatter fountains, black holes etc.) don't seem to load in, shame because I really wanted a screenshot of a ISD fighting something with that black hole in the background.
I know the mod uses different planets, but will the new phenomena dlc content work with/in the mod?

I had this problem, make sure both the swfoc in the game's folder and the application on the disc are running on compatibility for windows xp sp2. It supposedly works on later version but that's what I used to run the game on so I know it works
So on the subject of Kessel Run, how will you guys represent the gravity anomalies that make the Maw (and black holes in general) a hazard, radiation? Or is there actually a danger of getting sucked/pulled into one?

Ok, I guess I need a faster playing style, I always sat back and built up my defenses and watched the ai kill each other anyway.
darn, was gunning for that 4 hard ai achievement, is there a way to slow it down so it crashes less frequently? I'm down to just the alliance in game now, everyone else has pretty much killed each other but the crashes are becoming more frequent.
Hey I've been playing deep core with all hard ai as imps and have managed to survive for 8 hours, but now the game crashes on me every fifteen minutes to half hour, is this normal or on my end?
