I had this problem, make sure both the swfoc in the game's folder and the application on the disc are running on compatibility for windows xp sp2. It supposedly works on later version but that's what I used to run the game on so I know it works
So on the subject of Kessel Run, how will you guys represent the gravity anomalies that make the Maw (and black holes in general) a hazard, radiation? Or is there actually a danger of getting sucked/pulled into one?

Ok, I guess I need a faster playing style, I always sat back and built up my defenses and watched the ai kill each other anyway.
darn, was gunning for that 4 hard ai achievement, is there a way to slow it down so it crashes less frequently? I'm down to just the alliance in game now, everyone else has pretty much killed each other but the crashes are becoming more frequent.
Hey I've been playing deep core with all hard ai as imps and have managed to survive for 8 hours, but now the game crashes on me every fifteen minutes to half hour, is this normal or on my end?

I know its not much but I have experience reskinning aircraft in Flight Simulator X, since the lack of a Coruscant like planet is bugging me, I wanted to know if its possible to mod new planets into the game and if so, how hard are they to skin?

just downloaded the galaxyforge editor and everything has gone well except for the radii, can anyone give me the default movement and hyperspace radii for different planet sizes?
Quick suggestion, I noticed that the stars give an a antimatter production buff, could they also do damage over time due to solar radiation?
