I'm not sure how you measure coolness -AI War does have thousands of ships engaging in some of the larger battles and while you can zoom in and see individual ships (as with most of the screenshots), most of the time you're zoomed out viewing icons representing individual ship types.

This game is not about spectacular dogfights, thousands of units and state of the art graphics -it's more of a strategy game where you can spend ten or twenty hours or more in a single game. Personally, I love it!
