no you dont have to reinstall before installing the mod copy another gta sa somewhere else then put the mod in there but not in your first freshley installed gta sa

i got the game installed patched and stuff but i load it and click start game i see the loading bar and then it freezes and i still hear the music but the load wont continue please help me
