Can you provide some more information? It's hard too guess what's happening.
Selecting positions of the AI opponents will be fixed in the next version.
Will be fixed in the next version.
Extract content into your sourcemods folder.
If you don't rotate within 60 seconds, it should popup a hint with the keys for rotating. You can either use "alt + mouse" or "page down/up".
Thanks for your input, it would end up just as fast. There is no difference anyway when moving one or more than four units.
Validate your Alien Swarm Installation. This problem would only occur if you didn't get the alien swarm update of 7 july (http://store.steampowered.com/news/8357/).
I guess I should start implementing it then. Don't expect too much thought, it will just be a simple cpu player.
Either you installed the mod incorrectly or you didn't updated your alien swarm installation. Also make sure to restart steam.
Not supported yet.
We use these high health values because units tend to die before you can use their abilities.
It's not really a bug, because only one engineer is executing the ability. The other engineers autocast construct once construct is started.
We use content from Half-Life 2: Episode Two, so that's why we require you to own Episode Two.
Try launching from Steam.
If you want to use the old way, then open the console and type "sv_lan 1; map gamelobby". Then you won't start the game through matchmaking and it should show up in the dedicated server browser.
There is no code SDK for Portal 2 and it's rather unlikely that Valve will release one for Portal 2.
The mod should give an error when you try to start it if you don't have Episode Two.
Yes, it's a bug. Will be fixed in 2.0.1. Overrun uses a different tech tree and the mounted turret is not linked to the correct tier upgrade.
They will try to auto repair buildings, except if they have other orders already. Can you give some examples of when this is not desired (so I can reproduce them)?
We first want to fix the bugs in the coming updates and improve the balance of the game (feedback!). Then see if it is actually worth to put on greenlight and see if there is enough interest. I think we also need to change the name of the mod in case we put it on GreenLight.
I can't seem to reproduce this.
It does have a short recharge/cooldown time. So it's either that or a bug/unexpected behavior.
Yes, but it does not mount the game by default (controlled in mountlist.txt).
Seems I forgot to remove the infected option, should actually only be shown if Left 4 Dead is mounted.
It is released for Steam and you do not need to run Desura to play the mod, only for installation.
I will also upload a zip to ModDB, but I don't really want to bother creating an installer while we already have Desura.
Do you have steam set in a different language? Either try switching to english or wait for the next release (which will be soon).
This version is not released yet (but we are working on it).
You could also claim that spreading out your units is part of the gameplay/micro (e.g. starcraft 2).
It uses the hiding/sniper spots generated by the navigation mesh.
In general, units push away other units. But when they are ordered to a cover spot, they will hold position (not pushable). I just made this last weekend, so didn't worked it too much yet. Rather then pushing away, they shouldn't try to take a cover spot which is already taken.
